One way or the other, everyone quits smoking.

The only real question is whether or not we want any say in the “when” or the “how”.

We can enter that door with some choices about the timing...  Or the method, i.e. cold turkey, patches, gum, or medications.

Or we can wait and get dragged through that door kicking and screaming…
.

With no choice !  Just look up !
Usually this happens when we wait too long to quit, and the cycle of hospital stays and rehab begins.

We all know we don’t get to smoke in hospitals now don’t we?
Or heaven !

So my suggestion is simple...
Quit now while you have some say in it !
Don’t wait for it to be forced upon you at a time when you feel like he!!

Anyway.  By the time you end up in the hospital, you’ll have enough to worry about, without adding withdrawals to your problem list.

I have personal experience in doing it both ways, and I guarantee you that having choice in the how, and the when...   is the way to go.

Please QUIT and, do it  NOW.
