Good morning. It's 1:05am. My day begins! Just chilling watching the news and having my coffee. This may be a 3 cup morning! It is without a doubt a NOPE day. No smoking here.
Well I survived the root canal. Wasn't bad at all and I have had several done. The tooth was a bit tender but a couple ibuprofen handled it well. Check one more thing off my list. Had another drive to Nashville yesterday and that appointment went well also.

And the weather person says it's 65°, our high is expected to be 75°. It's foggy right now. We have no wind good air quality and 94% humidity. Indian Summer is hanging on.

Morning - glad you survived the root canal - not fun - but glad the ibuprofen helped. It may be a 3 cup of coffee day for me as well....I am only on my 1st and rolling out of bed. Ah that reminds me I only have until next Friday the 15th to make any changes to my insurance with my employer.
