Thank you all for your support, community and friendship.
I am thrilled to be beyond smokes.
Pondered that today while walking 4
miles outdoors. Still not fully recovered from my stroke but feeling good and grateful to be healthy.
Good blood pressure and mentally in a good place.
I am thankful for my Apple I-Watch.
Tells me how far I’ve gone.
9.2 miles today... a record.
I miss you all and have a favor to ask.
