Once you decide to quit and pick a date you need to get rid of the e-cigs and vape products, completely out, gone in the trash. One of the worst things about e-cigs is they are convenient, too convenient. Tobacco smokers we tell to get rid of the smokes and the ashtrays, this amounts to the same thing.
Decide on a quit method, cold turkey, NRT, Champix, or other.

It isn't a matter of just slapping on a patch or chewing some nic gum. Every behavior you can think of is tied to your smoking. We smoked because we were happy, sad, mad, hurt, tired, sick, bored...etc. You need to replace those habits. Take a day to make a plan.
