Hello Mildred and Nope friends. What’s for dinner? Hope I’m not stepping on anyone’s toes for starting a Mildred post, but I just finished dinner and am feeling so grateful that I don’t smoke so I wanted to share that feeling here. It was delicious and I can taste it fully.
Cajun shrimp and zuchinni with a light parmesan garlic sauce. For dessert a lemon blueberry lasagna that I altered to be a low carb recipe. Even with the substitutions it turned out great.
We had stuffed pork chops with mashed potatoes and corn. The stuffing was made with breading and raisins with all spice and a touch of apple spices.
