Up and going for the day alas already tired lol. I am off to visit some kids this morning and into my office. Lots to get done today. No smoking here as I am keeping moving forward shouting NO to smoking along the Freedom Road. I hold my hand out in friendship and support to the next winning quitter kicking ash to the curb with me today.

Good morning. 1:02am in Murfreesboro. It's raining here and 56°. It's windy 12mph, humidity is 93%, air quality is good and the high will come in around 59°. I think Indian summer has ended. The one thing that will not end is having NOPE days. Weather be damned no smoking here today.
